Returns Instructions

If you wish to return an item to elizabetharden.co.uk, please follow the instructions below within 28 days of purchase. We do not currently offer exchanges.

If you wish to return a FRAGRANCE please contact Customer Services.

UK RETURNS

  1. Pack the items securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure that you receive credit. PLEASE NOTE: if you received a Gift With Purchase with your order, this also must be returned to ensure you receive a refund.
  2. Enclose the the original receipt, please include your reason for return.

  3. Create a Pre-Paid Return Postage Label; to create your label visit the Royal Mail website and choose Elizabeth Arden from the list of Retailers.

  4. Affix your label and return your parcel to any Royal Mail outlet, please ensure you keep your proof of postage. 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and Handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.

 

 

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND RETURNS

 

  1. Pack the items securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure that you receive credit. PLEASE NOTE: if you received a Gift With Purchase with your order, this also must be returned to ensure you receive a refund.
  2. Enclose the the original receipt, please include your reason for return.

  3. Use the Pre-Paid UPS Return Postage Label; this was included with your parcel. If you have lost your label, please email Customer Services. 

  4. Affix your label and return your parcel to a UPS outlet, visit the UPS website to find your closest location. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage.
