Returns Rules and Restrictions

• We’ve extended our usual limit for returns this Holiday season. Any purchases made online between 1 November and 24 December 2022 can be returned up until 31 January 2023. For purchases made from 25 December onwards, our normal refund policy of 28 days will apply.
• Products must be unused and in good condition with all packaging.
• Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
• Please use pre-paid Royal Mail Returns. You can create a label through the Royal Mail website.
• If you wish to return a FRAGRANCE please contact Customer Services.
• Keep the proof of postage from Royal Mail when dropping off your return, to monitor delivery status.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
• Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
• Elizabetharden.co.uk will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
