Rated 5 out of 5 by from The fragrance equivalent of a day-to-dinner suit. I love this fragrance, specifically the base note and the tuberose. So long as it isn't 90 degrees, it's suitable year-round and, although primarily floral isn't very girly. The amber, vanilla and sandalwood are very grounding here, and lend the light lilac and top notes some gravitas--it's a womanly scent, not a girly scent or a powdery "old lady" scent.

I tried many and they all failed until 5th Ave arrived: it’s perfect. Lacking the proper vocabulary, here goes: Town & Country, sophisticated, clean, tailored (jeans, boots, blazer), not too strong but noticeable. It’s the scent a well dressed, well educated woman would wear - timeless, not trendy. I love it.
